Wade was Co-Founder/CEO of TMG Marketing, LLP, a wireless franchise, which included the marketing and distribution of wireless and telecommunications services and business development domestically and internationally, creating over 150,000 customers in over 15 countries.
Established MaBritt LLC, which includes MaBritt Travel a Certified Host Global Travel Agency with over 250 customers and agents in North and South America. And MaBritt Client Services an independent Virtual Call Center. MaBritt Client Services specialize in providing top of the line services to a Fortune 500 Client Base.
Wade is a seasoned business and training consultant and author, with a wealth of diverse talents ranging from marketing, branding, personal growth training, personal coaching, direct sales, claims development, mediation, risk management and business development.
With extensive experience in the financial and insurance industry, Wade has been responsible for developing business teams, units, profit centers and divisions globally, with some of the largest insurance companies in the industry. And he has also negotiated some of the largest civil cases in the United States history.
In the networking industry, Wade has achieved top executive pin levels and has been nominated and placed on leadership and advisory councils, providing policy and guidance for the field representatives, while directly and indirectly training and enrolling over 100,000 representatives globally.
He is a New Jersey resident who attended St. Benedict’s Preparatory School, Newark, NJ and The Lawrenceville School, Lawrenceville, NJ. Graduate of Rutgers College, Rutgers University with a BA in Africana Studies and Economics, with Certificates in Finance and Accounting and Minors in English and Physics. In addition, Masters in Management, Business Administration and Leadership.
Honorably Discharged from the United States Army as a Major in the United States Army Transportation Core.
Due to Wade’s leadership, vision and ability to lead others, he has been nominated to various nonprofit boards, school boards and councils.
